Thank you for supporting original artwork. Each piece is created with care and intention. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Because each original piece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Please review dimensions, materials, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to purchase, we are happy to assist.

Prints & Reproductions

If a print or reproduction arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused

• Returned in original packaging

• In resalable condition

Once received and inspected, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The packaging

  • The shipping box

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Do not discard packaging until the claim process is complete.

Exchanges & Store Credit

In select cases, we may offer:

• An exchange for another piece of equal or lesser value

• Store credit toward a future purchase

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping.

All returns must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit due to improper packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Commissioned & Custom Artwork

All commissioned or custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Please confirm all details before final approval.

All original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Please allow:

3–7 business days for original artwork

5–10 business days for prints and reproductions

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Large or oversized original works may incur additional shipping charges. If applicable, you will be contacted prior to shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request.

Buyers are responsible for:

     Customs fees

     Import duties

     Taxes or VAT required by their country

​

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. 

Packaging & Protection

Original artwork is packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transit.

Framed pieces are wrapped with corner protectors and cushioning materials.

Please retain all packaging until you have inspected your artwork.

Delivery & Signature Confirmation

High-value original artwork may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• The shipping box

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
