No artwork may be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Collectors shall not reproduce, replicate, distribute, or otherwise copy the artwork in any form without the Artist’s prior written consent.

The sharing of images of the purchased artwork on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes is permitted and does not constitute a breach of this provision.

Unauthorized use of images or artwork is strictly prohibited.

Pricing & Payment

Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities
Correct pricing errors

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

Commissions & Custom Work

Custom and commissioned artwork requires approval before final delivery.

All commissioned pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

The artist retains the right to display commissioned artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes including prints unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Loss of profits
