A commissioned artwork necessarily involves direct communication between the Artist and the Client. In order to preserve the integrity of the creative process and maintain a professional working relationship, the following terms and conditions shall apply.

The Artist accepts a limited number of commissions per season to ensure each work receives appropriate priority and attention. While estimated timelines may be provided, all completion dates are approximate. In the event of delay due to artistic process, material requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reasonable cause, the Artist shall notify the Client in a timely manner. Progress images shall be shared solely at the Artist’s discretion and only when the work has reached a standard deemed presentation-ready by the Artist. The creation of process videos, behind-the-scenes content, or social media material is not included within the scope of the commission and remains entirely at the Artist’s sole discretion. The commission agreement does not include promotional services for the Client, any individual, or any commercial brand or entity.

All communications between the parties shall remain professional and respectful. The Artist reserves the right to decline to answer personal questions, refuse inappropriate subject matter, and reject requests that fall outside the agreed artistic scope. Harassment, coercion, intimidation, or any form of abusive conduct will constitute a material breach of this agreement. In such circumstances, the Artist reserves the right to terminate the commission immediately, with any refund obligations determined at the Artist’s sole discretion and subject to work completed to date.

Delivery of the completed artwork shall be made via private courier. Studio pickup and personal delivery by the Artist are expressly excluded and shall not be available under any circumstances.
